Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled and shipment cannot be stopped. If you choose to cancel your order once it has been processed or shipped, you will be charged for return shipping (if necessary) and a 30% restocking fee.

Damage Policy

All of our vehicles pass a rigorous 16 point inspection before shipment to insure that they are completely functional and free of any damage. Therefore any damage to the motor powered vehicle has occured during the shipping process. If you receive a damaged motor powered vehicle, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving it so we can file a damage report with the shipping company and make arrangements to fix or replace your damaged motor powered vehicle.

Return Policy

We accept authorized returns on unused regular motor powered vehicles for up to 30 days after you receive your motor powered vehicle. Unused means that the product has not be assembled, ridden or used in any way.

NOTE: We DO NOT accept returns on any large moped-style motor powered vehicles.

All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive the returned motor powered vehicle for us to process your refund.

You are responsible for:

• Returning the product in new, resalable condition. It must arrive unused in its original packaging, complete with all accessories and user manuals. If any original parts, accessories, documentation or packaging are used, damaged or missing, you will be charged a 50% restocking fee.
• Paying all costs for return shipping via UPS or FedEx. All returned merchandise must be shipped via UPS or FedEx only. Since you are also responsible for any damage that may occur during the return shipping process, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance on your return. If your motor powered vehicle is damaged in transit without shipping insurance, you will be charged a 50% restocking fee.
• Writing the Return Material Authorization (RMA) number clearly on top of the package. All packages arriving without a legible RMA number written on top of the package will be considered unauthorized and will be charged a 50% restocking fee. Online Return Authorization Form

If you would like to return your motor powered vehicle, please fill out our Online Return Authorization Form. A customer service representative will e-mail you your Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 24-48 business hours.

Regular motor powered vehicle Warranty

Regular motor powered vehicles come with a 30 day limited manufacturer's warranty that covers parts and labor.

IMPORTANT: You MUST register your warranty online within 10 days of receiving your motor powered vehicle. Otherwise, the warranty is NULL and VOID. Click here to register your motor powered vehicle online. Make sure to print a copy of the registration confirmation page as proof of warranty activation.

The parts and labor warranty covers:

• Replacement parts EXCEPT plastic parts (including color-coordinated housings); wear-and-tear items such as brakes, brake handles, tires, seats, lights and toggle switches; and damage to the engine or any other part due to abuse or misuse.
• Technical support via phone or e-mail from professional motor powered vehicle experts.
• Labor for the removal and replacement of or part(s) that occurs at the our service center.

This warranty is effective only if the product is used under normal conditions for its intended purpose and the product receives all necessary maintenance and adjustments. We reserve the right to determine what damage is due to defective materials and what is due to product abuse or misuse. We shall not be responsible for any losses to the customer as a result of the failure of any part, including incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from injury, loss of use, loss of time, rental vehicles, loss of profits, or loss of income. There are no agreements or warranties, expressed or implied including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, other than those stated in this agreement. This warranty extends only to the original customer and is non-transferable.

How it works:

If a covered part breaks while the motor powered vehicle is under warranty, you must contact us to file a warranty claim. A customer service representative will give you the address of our customer service center and instructions on how to ship us the broken part. You must pay for the shipment of the broken part to our service center via UPS or FedEx. When we receive the broken part, we will ship you a replacement part free of charge.

Under the warranty, we will provide any labor needed for the removal and replacement of the broken motor powered vehicle part. However, you must file a warranty claim and ship the motor powered vehicle to and from our customer service center. You must pay for the shipment of your motor powered vehicle to our customer service center via UPS or FedEx and include a $40 money order or cashier's check to pay for return shipment. You are responsible for any damages that may occur in shipping; therefore, we highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for your motor powered vehicle. When we receive your motor powered vehicle, our technicians will inspect the motor powered vehicle to determine if any damage has occurred during shipping. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping.

NOTE: Used gas motor powered vehicles and gasoline-related parts cannot be shipped back to our service center. Gas motor powered vehicles that have been ridden in any way or gas motor powered vehicle parts that have contained gasoline cannot be mailed. Gasoline is a hazardous, flammable material and anyone who sends it via the mail may be subject to fines and/or imprisonment.
